Terms Sent Through Search
A name, place, or other term entered into a search tool is transmitted to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Berrien County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's rules govern its handling of the query and any later interaction.
Messages Sent to Us
If you email us or use a contact form, we retain the message and the contact details needed to respond. We do not share those submissions outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Automatic Technical Information
Routine technical records may be created whenever a page loads. Those records can contain:
- The internet protocol address associated with the request
- The browser name and version
- The device category and operating system
- Pages viewed and the time spent on them
- The referring website, when one is supplied
- The date and time of the visit
